How to Take MetaboGold 2000^®

Take MetaboGold 2000^® 3 times per day, 4 hours apart, and 1 hour before each meal. Take with 8-16 ounces of water. Your dosage is based on your body weight (see chart below).

If you feel the recommended doses are too high, reduce them as necessary. If taken after 5pm it may disturb your sleep. Remember to drink plenty of water and/or other fluids during the day.

It is suggested that every 12 weeks you give your body a rest and stop taking MetaboGold 2000^® for a week or two. This will help prevent your body from building up an immunity to it.
