How to Take MetaboGold Advanced®
Best results from MetaboGold Advanced® will be obtained if you follow these instructions. As with any dietary supplement please consult your physician before taking. MetaboGold Advanced® should be used in conjunction with sensible eating and a regular exercise program.

Generally, MetaboGold Advanced® should be taken 2 times per day, about 6 hours apart, and 1 hour before your two largest meals of the day (typically an hour before lunch and dinner). MetaboGold Advanced® is extremely effective at curbing the appetite which will help prevent excessive hunger and overeating*. Therefore, you always want to take it before your meals. Take with 8-16 ounces of water.
Normal Dosage is 2 caplets per day. Take 1 caplet mid-morning and 1 caplet mid-afternoon with a full glass of water.
Advanced Dosage is 4 caplets per day. Take 2 caplets mid-morning and 2 caplets mid-afternoon until target weight is reached. Then take the normal dosage for maintenance. DO NOT EXCEED 4 CAPLETS PER DAY.
